Revenue up 174% in a year, on one system.

174%revenue growth, third quarter 2025 to third quarter 2026
25%growth from the first quarter to the second, when the ads started
36%growth from the second quarter to the third, with the whole system running
8.2new clients a week, up from 0.3

In the third quarter of 2025, Lost Sheep Salon in Pittsburgh was an owner behind the chair who had just started hiring. One year later, revenue for the same three months was up 173.8%.

No single thing did that. The salon grew its team, and we built and ran the system that keeps those chairs full: the website, the search results, the Google Ads, the phone line and Grace, the AI receptionist who catches the calls a busy salon misses.

Revenue growth, quarter by quarter

PeriodRevenue growth
First quarter to second quarter, 2026Google Ads start in April+24.7%
Second quarter to third quarter, 2026We take over the website, search, ads and phones in July+35.6%
Third quarter 2025 to third quarter 2026The same three months, one year apart+173.8%

Revenue includes tips in every quarter. We share the growth as percentages and keep the salon's dollar figures private.

What changed each quarter

The second-quarter jump lines up with the ads. They started in April and were the only thing we changed that quarter.

The third quarter is different. In July we took over the whole front door: a new website that books straight into Square, the search work behind it, the ads, and a new phone line answered by Grace. That quarter's growth belongs to the system working together, not to any one piece of it.

Until the salon moved its booking to Square on June 4, new clients are counted from its GlossGenius history as each client's first-ever visit. After that, they're counted in Square as the week each new client booked. Anyone who appears in both systems is counted once.

How the pieces work together

Search and ads bring people to a website built to book. The site books straight into the salon's calendar. Calls that come in while the stylists are with clients are answered by Grace, and a missed call gets a text back within minutes, so the lead isn't lost. Every night a tracker records where each new client came from, and we adjust from the numbers.

The ads are one piece, and they keep getting better

In the last 30 days the ads drove 21 calls and 14 confirmed web bookings on $661.08 of spend, $18.89 per call or booking. We cut the campaigns that brought junk traffic, kept the terms that actually book, and send the bookings that came from an ad back to Google three times a day so it learns which clicks turn into real clients. Google has accepted 100% of those uploads.
