Is the audit really free?

Yes. A 30-minute conversation and a written plan, whether or not you work with us.

What does “from” mean?

It's the price of the simplest version. Request a quote below and we size it to your business.

Is the list price the final price?

No. The list price is where it starts. Shaquan and Zach review your request themselves and reply personally within 24 hours with a more detailed quote. Once we send that quote, that's the number you pay.

Why is a package cheaper than its agents one by one?

Agents in the same package share the same setup and data, so building them together costs less, and we pass that on.

Why pay for an agent when free AI plugins exist?

A free plugin is a part. You're paying for the working system: the agent set up on your phone line, booking system, inbox and books, tested with real calls and bookings, waiting for your yes on anything outside its job, and watched if you add the Watchdog. We use the good free tools ourselves and build them in.

What's included after launch?

Setup is included, and so is direct access to Shaquan and Zach by email while we set you up and for your first 30 days of using it: getting it running, learning it, and tuning it to how you work. Buy a whole package and you also get two Zoom calls with us in your first 30 days, to help with anything, and your emails answered the same business day. New features and new connections get their own quote. After the 30 days it's about keeping your agents tuned and running smoothly. The apps around them keep changing: a password expires, an app updates, a connection drops. Add the Watchdog and we tell you the moment something needs attention. With Watch & Maintain we keep it tuned and connected for you. Or look after it yourself.

What about extra work later?

New build work outside a quote gets its own quote, agreed before we start. Our $125 an hour is Zoom consulting time for help and advice, not building.
