Privacy Policy

Twin Summit AI LLC, a Colorado company (“Twin Summit,” “we”), runs twinsummit.ai. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what you give us or what the site needs to work, we use it to answer you and do the work you ask for, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms. The free audit form and the quote form ask for your name, email, phone (optional), business name, type of business, city, rough revenue, employee count, the options you pick and any notes you add.
• Event sign-ups. When you register for one of our events, including through a sign-up form on Facebook, Instagram or Eventbrite, we collect your name, email, phone and type of business, and we use them to register you and send you event details and reminders.
• What you type into the chat. Your questions to Zion or Luna and the answers.
• What you send us directly, like an email to hello@twinsummit.ai or a meeting you book through our Google Calendar booking page.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically when any page loads, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.

We don't ask for or want payment card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or health information through this site. Please don't put them in a form or the chat.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, schedule your free audit and send the quote you asked for.
• To follow up about your request by email or phone. We only text you if you check the box asking for texts, and you can reply STOP at any time.
• To do the work if you hire us, under the written quote or agreement for that work.
• To keep the site secure, fix problems and improve our answers, including reviewing chat questions to make the chat more accurate.
• To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the box asking for texts on one of our forms, including our event check-in form. Those texts are tips, updates and offers from Twin Summit AI, such as event follow-ups and a link to book your audit. Checking the box is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help.

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Our phone and messaging providers handle numbers only to deliver our calls and texts.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers, each only for the job listed:

• Vercel hosts the website and records the basic technical data above.
• Google (Gmail) delivers audit and quote form submissions to our inbox.
• Twilio and Vapi run our phone line and text messages. Calls to our line are answered by an AI assistant and transcribed, and the assistant says so when it answers.
• Anthropic provides the AI that powers the Zion and Luna chat. Your chat messages are sent to it to generate a response.
• Google runs our calendar booking pages, Google Meet and Google Analytics, which counts visits to the site.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

Cookies and tracking

The site doesn't use advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, which sets its own measurement cookies. The site also stores one small thing in your own browser: your chat history with Zion and Luna, so it's there if you come back. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal; because we don't track you across other sites, there's nothing for it to turn off. No third party collects information about you across other websites through our site.

AI on this site

The Zion and Luna chat is an AI, not a person. It answers from what's published on this site, and it can make mistakes. Its answers and the list prices on this site aren't quotes, contracts or professional advice. A founder confirms anything that matters.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and emails as long as we need them to work with you or to keep business records the law requires, then delete them. Chat questions we review are kept only as long as they're useful for improving answers. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short period.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email hello@twinsummit.ai from the address you used and we'll respond within 30 days. We offer these rights to everyone, wherever you live, and we won't treat you differently for using them. If we ever send marketing email, every one will include a way to unsubscribe.

Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we can't promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll notify you as the law requires.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Where this applies

Twin Summit is based in the United States and the site is meant for people in the United States. Your information is processed and stored in the United States.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we'll also say so on the site.
