Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of twinsummit.ai, run by Twin Summit AI LLC, a Colorado company (“Twin Summit,” “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If we do work for you, that work is covered by your written quote or agreement, which controls if it differs from these terms.

What the site is for

The site describes what we build and what it costs, and lets you book a free AI audit, request a quote, and ask our AI chat questions. Everything on it is general information about our services.

Prices, estimates and quotes

• Prices on the site are starting prices. “From” means the price of the simplest version.
• The list price our quote form shows is a starting point, not an offer or a contract. It adds up the starting prices of what you pick and isn't sized to your business yet.
• Your price is set in a written quote after we talk. Once you accept a written quote, that's the price for that scope. Work outside the quote is agreed in writing before we start.
• Payment terms, timelines and minimum terms (like the COO Seat's 3-month minimum) are in your quote.

The AI chat and other AI tools

Zion and Luna on this site are AI, not people. They answer from what's published here and can make mistakes. Their answers aren't quotes, promises, or legal, tax, financial or other professional advice. Don't rely on them for decisions like that; talk to a founder or the right professional. Please don't enter passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the chat or forms.

Results and case studies

Our case studies show real results from real businesses, several of them our own or our families', as disclosed on each one. They aren't a promise of what you'll get. Results depend on your business, your market and many things outside our control.

Support after launch

Every agent and package comes set up in your business and includes direct access to Shaquan and Zach by email while we set you up and for your first 30 days of using it: getting it running, learning it and tuning it to how you work. If you buy a whole package, it also includes two Zoom calls with us during those 30 days, and we answer your emails the same business day they arrive. After that, watching and tuning are optional monthly plans. This support covers what we built as quoted; new features, new connections and new builds get their own quote.

Monthly plans

• Watchdog: we watch the systems we built for you and tell you when anything needs attention. The starting price covers one package; each added package is priced as your quote describes.
• Watch & Maintain: we watch the systems we built and keep them tuned and connected as the apps around them change, up to 2 hours of work a month. It covers what we built as quoted. It doesn't cover new features, changes made by someone else, or outages at another company's service. It needs us to stay connected to the system; if that access is removed, we can't watch or tune it.
• Self-Healing Watchdog: reconnects and corrects what it can on its own, and we handle the rest. It's quoted to your systems.
• The COO Seat: priced to the size of your business, as published on our pricing page and confirmed in your quote. It includes your scoreboard, your books kept, watching the systems we built, two calls a month, and answers to your messages within one business day. With the done-for-you Seat you also get a weekly check-in, and we make the agreed changes ourselves, such as ad changes, pricing updates and agent tuning, and we fix what we built when it breaks. Ad spend is always paid by you, directly to the ad platform. A new location, a new system or a new ad platform gets its own quote. Anything that spends your money or speaks in your name waits for your approval.

What's yours, what's ours, and what's licensed

• Always yours: your business data, your customer information, the content you give us, and every account registered in your name (for example your domain, Google Business Profile, QuickBooks file, ad accounts and social profiles). We never hold them back, for any reason.
• Websites: once you've paid in full, the content and design we create for your website are yours, and so is the domain. If we host the site and you leave, we'll hand over its files so you can host it anywhere.
• AI agents and apps (one-time purchases): our agents and apps are built on our own code, prompts, templates, methods and tools, which stay ours. When you buy an agent, package or app, you pay once and receive a license to use it in your business for as long as you keep it running, with no monthly license fee. Usage and third-party services are billed at cost, as your quote describes. The license is for your business only and can't be resold or shared.
• Where they run: some agents run inside AI or software accounts you already have. Others need always-on services, such as phone lines, texting and servers, and run on accounts Twin Summit manages so we can watch and fix them. If usage costs for those services go unpaid, we may pause the systems that depend on them until they're paid.
• COO Seat agents: the setup fee on a COO Seat buys the agents named in your quote. With a done-for-you Seat, the agents included are yours once the minimum term is paid in full. Either way they're licensed to your business on the same terms as any agent you buy from us, and they keep running after the Seat ends. Usage is billed at cost.
• Monthly services and monitoring: SEO, website care, bookkeeping, ads management, Trained & Tuned, the Watchdog, Watch & Maintain and the Self-Healing Watchdog run while you pay for them. Stopping one doesn't affect the license for what you've bought.
• If you leave: we'll help move what can be moved to accounts you control, where the platforms allow it, and hand over your data. If Twin Summit ever stops operating, we'll give you reasonable notice and help move your systems where the platforms allow.
• Everything on this site, including our logo, text and images, belongs to Twin Summit or is used with permission.

Text messages

We only text you if you check the box asking for texts on one of our forms, including our event check-in form. Those texts are tips, updates and offers from Twin Summit AI. Checking the box is never a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also email hello@twinsummit.ai or call (888) 894-6389. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number.

Other companies' services

What we build often connects to services like Square, Google, QuickBooks, Shopify, phone and texting providers, and AI providers. Those services have their own terms and fees, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes. Usage costs for them are billed as your quote describes.

Using the site fairly

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it or the chat, to get around its limits, to scrape it in bulk, or to use it for anything unlawful. We can limit or block access to stop misuse.

No warranties

The site and its tools are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they'll always be available, error-free or accurate. Warranties for work we do for you, if any, are in your quote or agreement.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Twin Summit isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, from your use of the site. Our total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100. For paid work, the limits in your quote or agreement apply. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Colorado law. If a dispute comes up, let's talk first: email hello@twinsummit.ai and we'll work in good faith to sort it out. If we can't, it goes to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and applies from then on.
